Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani, who is among the richest and most famous Reggae singers was born on 26 February 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. He was a member of Shottas together with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records in 1996 where the album was released like Father Like Son. He recorded a variety of singles like Judge Not with Patra as well as Dear Dad (which reached the highest position on the British Reggae Charts) and How Does The Cap Go Remix and Sensimelia. The majority of them contributed to his growing popularity with the young generation of reggae artists. In 1997 Ky-Mani joined forces along with Praswell (Fugees) on Avenue an acclaimed cover from Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley performed at the Midem show (an international showcase of music), which was first staged in Miami.
