Ashley Nocera is an Instagram popular fitness model and athlete who was born on the 15th of August, 1994. She is also an Leo according to her zodiac sign. Ashley isn't very open regarding her parents. However, she does credit her grandfather for being the one who inspired her to work out. Her grandfather was an avid bodybuilder in the years they were in their 20s and early 30s. Ashley began swimming at age four. Over the next 10 years she continued taking classes. There were many competitions she participated in but was never dedicated enough since she wasn't prepared to go on a strict diet so that her body could give its maximum. She didn't realize she would be spending the next nine years sculpting her body and gradually becoming an fitness icon. Ashley's win inspired her to compete in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. The team finished in seventh place which she felt was a loss. It encouraged Ashley push herself to be better. Ashley returned to the World Championships in 2015 WBFF World Championships where she won 5th place. After the competition was over, Ashley made a decision that she did not want to compete. Even though she received invitations to shoot photos while competing, Ashley didn't want her two professions to be mixed. When she stopped participating, she decided to turn into fitness models. She was featured on the cover of a renowned fitness magazine that instantly launched her career of an exercise model, as she was able to join an agency for modeling. Since then, she's become a highly sought after model. She has been featured in several bikini and clothes companies and has been featured as the face of a well-known fitness magazine.
